The vineyards are located in the Loire Valley region, near the city of Angers. Based on the Cabernet Franc grape type. This is a traditional wine of this region, bright pink in colour, with a moderate sweetness (off-dry) on the palate. Its sweetness is balance by its fresh  and crisp qualities.

Deep salmon-pink in color with aromas of ripe raspberries, red and black currants.   Fruity, juicy taste with a long, lingering finish. Perfect for picnics and summer lunches. Lovely served with a light salad or grilled fish.  Its is on the semi-sweet side, thus can accompany a red fruit dessert.  Also lovely on its own. Serve chilled at 8 - 10ºC
