This crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc originates from vineyards with sandy limestone slopes, producing a delicate mineral quality.  Produced in a vineyard where environmentally sustainable methods are used and who are working on obtaining the organic certification.

Grassy and herbaceous notes mingle with fruity aromas of gooseberries.  It is well paired with seafood and also perfect as an aperitif.  Ideally paired with fresh goat cheese.
